We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If you believe that you have received the incorrect colors, to double check we recommend inflating 1 mini balloon of each color as the true colors are not shown until inflated.
