Shipping policy

Our standard processing time is up to 3 business days (processing upgrade option is available for purchase here) and standard shipping is approximately 2-7 business days depending on location within the Continental United States. International shipping time will vary. If you would like an expedited shipping quote, please contact us. 

Once it is out of our hands, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive prior to your event as we do not have control over our shipping carriers and cannot predict possible unforeseen delays. We recommend ordering your kit as soon as possible to ensure prompt arrival. Timeframe provided are estimates.

Route Shipping Insurance is a low cost, optional add-on for your PopFestCo orders, with 100% coverage for customers who want that extra level of assurance and protection from lost, damaged or stolen packages. At only 98¢ for orders under $100, or 2% of the total for orders over $100, the cost is minimal for that peace-of-mind.

When you purchase Route at checkout, you can easily file claims for lost, stolen or damaged packages in the unfortunate case that they arise. You can deselect Route at checkout if you do not wish to add package protection. Route will either reorder your product for you or will refund the actual cost you paid for your item(s), excluding taxes and shipping.

If you elect to not purchase Route insurance with your PopFestCo order, PopFestCo will not be responsible for lost, stolen, held, damaged, mis-delivery errors and incorrect shipping information input by customer. All claims must be filed by you directly with USPS, UPS or Fedex but please reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you with any issues.
