Our balloons are professional-grade quality and are also 100% biodegradable! Choose any 5 colors from our shop, and we’ll make your vision a colorful, eye-catching reality!

Please email us at hello@popfestcoshop.com the 5 colors you would like and your order number. For 16" and 24" (if deluxe set is selected) colors will be chosen randomly by us unless specified!

DISCLAIMER: Balloons are double-stuffed to create our unique colors, but this will make their helium float time lower than single balloons. We recommend inflating your balloons as close to your event as possible to ensure they float throughout the event. 100% HELIUM MUST BE USED WITH DOUBLE-STUFFED BALLOONS.

Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and that everyone sees these colors differently. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product. Not ALL colors come in ALL (5'',11'',16'', 24”) balloon sizes. We will provide the best mixture and assortment for the color collection.

All balloons will oxidize under exposure to oxygen and sunlight. Balloons are balloons and can pop for no visible reason. Frays and holes on the nubs are completely normal and do not affect the performance or inflation of the balloons.

Once it is out of our hands, we cannot guarantee that your package will arrive prior to your event as we do not have control over our shipping carriers and cannot predict possible unforeseen delays. We recommend ordering your kit as soon as possible to ensure prompt arrival. PopFestCo is not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages and mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information input by the customer but please reach out to our customer service team and we will do our best to assist you with any issues.

**WARNING! Children can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required at all times. Always keep uninflated balloons away from children and discard broken balloons at once.
